Highlights

MARKET MOOD:

Shaking out and setting up.

It’s been a shake and bake market where we’ve had tremendous churn on both the daily and weekly time frames of the indexes. This is why for the past several weeks I’ve sat on the sidelines as far as swing trades go.

Well after 4 weeks of ‘shake’ now there’s some evidence of things starting to bake and they’re largely bullish!

I went through the Universe List (see this blog post for description: https://www.marawealth.com/what-is-a-universe-list/) and saw some stocks moving to the upside and to the downside. But as far as setups go, I only found bullish setups. 16 in fact. 10 of them qualifying for the focus list (trades that offer at least 3:1 reward to risk and are in the top 100 industry groups). F

rom those 10, 6 of them look pretty darn good! I’ve got to pull the reigns in a bit and not get over exposed next week. Right now I’m thinking to put on 3% capital risk next week.

TRADE IDEAS:

The market has shifted to the point where things are setting up and the action list is back! I’m planning to add up to 3% capital risk. The trades I’m placing orders for are $ADBE $BABA and $NVCR The trading plans for each are in the google sheet (link below).

I’ve also included the ‘swing trade focus list’ which has the other setups I think are good on it. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Y7ghYRGXUij1KLXhxBpccXGGYcoNMymuboGlFYtaRII/edit?usp=sharing

DISCLAIMER: Futures, stocks, and options trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of futures, stocks, and options may fluctuate, and, as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment. The impact of seasonal and geopolitical events is already factored into market prices. The highly leveraged nature of futures trading means that small market movements will have a great impact on your trading account and this can work against you, leading to large losses, or can work for you, leading to large gains.
If the market moves against you, you may sustain a total loss greater than the amount you deposited into your account.
