MARKET MOOD: YELLOW
The market mood has shifted back to yellow. Here’s why:
Trend changes from sideways to up on the S&P 500 and NASDAQ, and from down to sideways on the Russell 2000. This occurred on both daily and weekly timeframes.
The New Highs vs New Lows list on the NASDAQ is very odd. The NASDAQ hit fresh all time highs last week but when it did so, new lows grew to -70 and new highs were only 66.
Distribution dropped on both the S&P 500 and the Dow (see Market Mood Log in the list above)
Mixed A, B, and C setups but the majority are C.
I have 2 open swing trades in ASAN and CRWD, both are positive.
4 of my last 10 trades were winners. This is within my historical batting avg about 40%.
I’m planning to start the week with 2 orders. FOXF and CAMT. (more on each in the mara lists above). The reason why I’m going with 2 here is because at present, I find the new highs v new lows list unsettling so I’m playing it cautious. Plus the other setups are C’s (though I gave each of those C’s a gut score of 5).
